When you mint an Officer Commission Pass, you will receive a random Commission Pass belonging to a random faction, along with a random rank. Each Officer Commission Pass will be granted 2 out of the 6 affinities of the special abilities it belongs to. Commission Passes with a rank will receive 4 out of the 6 special abilities of the faction they belong to. The strength of these awarded affinities is randomly valued within its rank range.
